OJSC "National electric network of Kyrgyzstan" holds annual general meeting of its shareholders on the 15th April 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in OJSC "National electric network of Kyrgyzstan's" assembly hall, 326 Jibek-Jolu st., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, holding form - face.

Stockholders registration will be on the 15th April 2009 from 9-00 a.m. to 10-00 a.m. Date of making stockholders list, who have right to take part in the meeting: 7th April 2009.

1. OJSC "National electric network of Kyrgyzstan" returning board membership.
2. General management's report on OJSC "National electric network of Kyrgyzstan" 2008 activity totals.
3. Independent auditor's report.
4. Auditing committee's report.
5. Execution of estimate of expenditures for board of directors and auditing committee for 2008.
