History
“BNC” brand was established in 1995 with the purpose of rendering wide range of financial services on the Kyrgyz stock market. "BNC" investment and consulting center, part of "BNC" group of companies, since the establishment has become a leader of the market by the volumes of exchange and off-exchange stock turnover. Since 1997 exchange and off-exchange corporate stock turnovers of "BNC" ICC have made it possible for the center to become a leader among brokerage companies on the Kyrgyz stock market.
In October of 2001 company appeared on the stock market with a new name - “BNC Capital Management” Ltd which in short term took second place on CJSC "Kyrgyz Stock Exchange" trade floor by stock trade volumes.
In September of 2004 company founders took a decision on a new company name – “BNC Finance” LTD. Currently "BNC Finance" keeps working actively on the stock market of the Kyrgyz Republic, remaining one of the leading professional participants.
