ABIndex: There will be yearly general meeting of OJSC "Northelectro" on the 8th April

OJSC "Northelectro" holds yearly general meeting of stockholders on the 8th April 2009 at 10.00 at the following address: 3, Chkalova st., Lebedinovka village, Alamudun region.

Start of stockholders registration:8th April 2009 from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Day of stockholders list, who have right to take part in the meeting: 1th April 2009

  1. Returning board membership.
  2. General management's report on 2008 economic activity totals.
  3. Independent auditor's "Hitech-Audit" Ltd.'s report.
  4. Auditing committee's report.
  5. Execution of estimate of expenditures for OJSC "Northelectro" board of directors and auditing committee for 2008.
  6. General management's report on the company's annual budget execution for 2008.
  7. Balance sheet and income statement for 2008.
  8. Income distribution order for 2008.
  9. Board of directors' report on work done for 2008.
  10. Budget of expenditures for maintenance of board of directors members for 2009.
  11. Budget of expenditures for auditing committee members' maintenance for 2009.
  12. Annual budget of the company for 2009.
  13. Board of directors' membership.
  14. Returning board's membership.
  15. OJSC "Northelectro" Article of associations in new edition in accordance with the Law of Kyrgyz Republic "On joint-stock companies" with further reregistration in the Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyz Republic and regulations "On Board of directors", "On auditing committee", "On General management".

Note: stockholders are required to have passports, and stockholders representatives - passport and letter of attorney processed in accordance with legislation of Kyrgyz Republic.
