A tender among valuation companies on stock evaluation service has been declared
State property administration committee of Kyrgyz Republic has declared a tender among evaluation companies on providing service on evaluating 80,49% of state OJSC "Oshelectro" and OJSC "Jalalabadelectro" stock holding .
Tender applications will be opened on 17th February 2009.
All evaluation companies regardless of which country they are from are admitted to the trade.
At that maximum liminal value of service provided on evaluation according to decision of KR government (from 13th June 2008 #302) has to be less than 500 000 soms.
OJSC "Oshelectro" and OJSC "Jalalabadelectro" are formed as a result of reorganization of JSC "Kyrgyzenergo" by separation from property complexes of coordinated Toktogul hydroelectric station, enterprise of hydroelectric stations being built, heat stations of Bishkek, Osh, At-Bashy hydroelectric stations which is legal successor of JSC "Kyrgyzenergo". In October 2002 JSC "Kyrgyzenergo" was reorganized by separation to seven independent joint stock companies.
OJSC "Oshelectro" - power distributing company, its economic management sphere includes Osh and Batken regions. Authorized capital of OJSC "Oshelectro" amounts 182,5 million soms. State represented by State Property Comission of KR has 80,49 % share capital, Social Fund - 13,16 % of stock, the rest is owned by legal entities and individuals.
OJSC "Jalalabadelectro" - power distributing company, its economic management sphere includes Jalalabad region. Authorized capital of OJSC "Jalalabadelectro" amounts 212,6 million soms. State represented by State Property Comission of KR has 80,49 % share capital, Social Fund - 13,16 % of stock, the rest is owned by legal entities and individuals.
