Information statement of the “ROS INDUSTRIA” LLC

The information about the activity of the “Ros Industria” ltd was broadcasted in on-line Mass Media on authority of K.S. Tabaldiev , ex-chairperson of Governing board of the “Dastan Transnational Corporation” OJSC.

In connection with above said, the “Ros Industria” ltd is forced to dispose of the statement insufficient to reality. “Ros Industria” LLC has no any intention to receive the control under the “Dastan TNC” OJSC, it is only its portfolio investor. In order to have the control pack of shares it is necessary to purchase the state pack based on investment tender in accordance with State Privatization Program, that is not intention of the “Ros Industria” ltd. We have never declared the purpose of controlling under this enterprise. The statement of Mr. K. Tabaldiev about our goal to get the lot, belonged to factory has no any basis. If each portfolio investor will be accused in grabing of land, otherwise who will invest to Stock market of country? “Ros Industria” ltd would like to see as the leadership of the “Dastan TNC” OJSC the independent and external manager, who has no any connections with current governing board of factory.

But also, we are satisfied with last decision of Directors Board about selection of ex-commercial director of the “Dastan TNC” OJSC and ex-deputy of Supreme Parliament U.Z Ormonov. We consider that he is compromise figure, who can bring the stability on factory and ceases breach of the law. Being the shareholders of the “Dastan TNC” OJSC we think that the factory is up to the neck of “familiarity”: K.S Tabaldiev - son has replaced his father - S. R. Tabyldiev, who illegally withdraw the money to certain company, that purchased for loan money of factory about 8% of securities of the “Dastan TNC” OJSC. Being the portfolio investors and shareholders of factory we are against such activity, that contravene the rights of all shareholders, including the Committee on State Property.
