About establishing the “Kambar-ata GES” branch of the OJSC “Electric stations”

About giving to the General Direction of the OJSC “Electric stations” the permission to sign the contracts and agreements , related to the finished construction of the Kambar-Ata GES – 2, the cost does not exceed the 10% of balance cost of the organization active, without any limitations.

About liquation of the “Logistic Enterprise’ branch of the OJSC “Electric stations”

To make the amendments into the OJSC “Electric stations” ’s Statute and re-registration it in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
