ABIndex: There will be annual general meeting of OJSC "Electric stations" stockholders on the 15th April

OJSC "Electric stations" holds annual general meeting of its shareholders on the 15th April 2009 at 12:00 p.m. in OJSC "NEN of Kyrgyzstan's" assembly hall, 326 Jibek-Jolu st., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, holding form - face.

Stockholders registration will be on the 15th April 2009 from 9-00 a.m. to 10-00 a.m. Date of making stockholders list, who have right to take part in the meeting: 6th April 2009.

AGENDA:

  1. Approval of OJSC "Electric stations" returning board membership.
  2. Approval of general management's report on OJSC "Electric stations" 2008 activity totals.
  3. Approval of general management's report on the company's annual budget execution for 2008.
  4. Approval of the report on estimate of expenditures execution for board of directors and auditing committee for 2008.
  5. On the report of independent auditor "Consultant" Ltd. on 2008 OJSC "Electric stations" activity totals.
  6. On the report of the auditing committee on 2008 OJSC "Electric stations" activity totals.
  7. Approval of OJSC "Electric stations'" balance sheet and income statement for 2008.
  8. On editing and completing the Regulation of OJSC "Electric stations'" income distribution order.
  9. Information of OJSC "Electric stations" Board of directors activity for 2008.
  10. On annual budget of the company for 2009.
  11. On selection of OJSC "Electric stations" Board of directors members.
  12. On OJSC "Electric stations" auditing committee members selection.
  13. On budget of expenditures for OJSC "Electric stations" board of directors members maintenance.
  14. On budget of expenditures for OJSC "Electric stations" returning board members maintenance for 2009.
  15. On editing and completing Regulation on Board of directors and returning board of OJSC "Electric stations".
  16. On OJSC "Electric stations'" interest as a founder in CJSC "Kambarata hydro-electric stations-1"
  17. On foundation of OJSC "Kambarata hydro-electric stations-2" with elimination of OJSC "Electric stations'" branch - Kambarata hydro-electric stations.
  18. On approval of OJSC "Electric stations" Articles of association in new edition and state reregistration in the Kyrgyz Republic's Ministry of Justice.

In case of You can't take part in the meeting You can hand over your right to vote to Your authorized representative using warranty of authority processed within the requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic's legislation.

Notice: stockholders are required to have passports, representatives - passport and warranty of authority.
