D. Boerse sole bidder for Warsaw bourse majority

WARSAW, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Only Deutsche Boerse (DB1Gn.DE) is interested in buying a majority stake in Warsaw bourse, with two other bidders - Bank Pekao BAPE.WA and Banco Espirito Santo (BES.LS) eyeing minority stakes, the Polish treasury said on Monday.

Deutsche Boerse (DB1Gn.DE) said on Friday it had made a binding bid, but the treasury said then it also received two other offers.

The two other shortlisted market operators that remained in the running -- NYSE Euronext (NYX.PA) (NYX.N) and Nasdaq OMX (NDAQ.O) -- did not file bids. ($1=2.855 Zloty) (Reporting by Patryk Wasilewski; Editing by Hans Peters)
