TAKE-A-LOOK-Kraft bids for Cadbury

North American food group Kraft Foods Inc (KFT.N) went hostile in its bid
for British chocolatier Cadbury Plc (CBRY.L) on Monday, formalizing a takeover
offer. Cadbury's management rejected the offer as "derisory."
