BANGALORE, Nov 23 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Monday:

* Health insurer Humana Inc (HUM.N) is looking for acquisitions in complementary areas to adapt to changing healthcare needs, Chief Executive Mike McCallister told the Wall Street Journal in an interview. [ID:nBNG187715]

* Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) is in talks to buy 10 percent of India's Essar Oil (ESRO.BO) as part of a deal where it would sell three European refineries to the Indian firm, the Economic Times reported, citing people with knowledge of the plans. [ID:nBOM27981]

* Egyptian private equity firm Citadel Capital, which manages $8.3 billion in investments, will soon list its shares on the Egyptian Exchange, Al-Mal newspaper wrote, without citing a source.
