* Conglomerate Swire Pacific (0019.HK) (0087.HK) has shortlisted eight investment banks to handle its proposed property arm spinoff, IFR Asia, a Thomson Reuters service, reported, citing banking sources. [ID:nSP34034]
* Softbank Corp (9984.T), Japan's third-largest mobile phone operator, is among the bidders for struggling telecoms firm Willcom Inc, the Yomiuri newspaper reported on Friday. [ID:nT31540]
