BANGALORE, Dec 1 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Tuesday:
* Swiss wealth manager Sarasin (BSAN.S) has emerged as a suitor for Sal. Oppenheim's BHF-Bank private banking unit unit which is up for sale, German daily Handelsblatt reported. [ID:nGEE5B0067]
* Zijin Mining Group Co (2899.HK), China's largest listed gold company, is set to make a A$540 million ($494 million) friendly bid for Australian miner Indophil Resources NL (IRN.AX), the Australian Financial Review reported. [ID:nSYD425821]
* Yunnan Copper (000878.SZ), China's third-largest copper producer, is planning to acquire a mine in Kazakhstan next year, General Manager Yang Chao told China Daily. [ID:nPEK305066]
