SourcingBoard, LLC Acquires The Frampus Group

HOUSTON, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- SourcingBoard announced today that principal members of The Frampus Group (TFG) have joined SourcingBoard, completing the acquisition of TFG. TFG was established in 2008 to provide senior level advisory services to its clients and served a number of clients in both information technology (IT) and business process (BP) sourcing engagements. Founder Joe Frampus stated, "We are very happy to be joining forces with SourcingBoard. The fundamental principles of the two companies are the same and by combining the resources of TFG with those of SourcingBoard, we believe that we present the market with a broader, deeper and more diverse capability."

SourcingBoard's Bob White discussed his working relationship with Joe Frampus that spans more than 20 years and goes back to their early years in the claims processing business. "We were doing BPO services before it was known as BPO. Joe has a 25 year track record of both BP and IT sourcing services and has supported it as both an implementer and an advisor." Mr. Frampus spent nearly 15 years working for several tier one and tier two suppliers of sourcing services before becoming an advisor ten years ago. He founded TFG in 2008 and has been a principal in that firm since its inception. SourcingBoard founder Warren Gallant also referenced a 30 year relationship with Mr. Frampus and went on to discuss the accomplishments of TFG's other principal - Les Druitt. Les has an extensive resume of IT and networking experience on an international basis and particularly in the Asia-Pacific area. The native Australian had spent 15 years as an implementer and advisor on IT and network sourcing deals throughout the Pacific before moving to the US.
