BENSALEM, Pa., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., (www.RoadSafeTraffic.com) a leading provider of traffic safety services, today announced the acquisition of Denver-based CSW Safety Services, Inc. (www.cswsafety.com)

Like RoadSafe, CSW is a full-service provider of temporary traffic control and protection and pavement marking services in the Rocky Mountain area. The company bids on government work in the heavy highway industry, as well as the private sector. Services include traffic control, barricade rental, sign manufacturing and installation and pavement marking and removal services with a state-of-the-art equipment fleet. This strategic acquisition allows RoadSafe to expand into key markets and help build their business significantly over the next several years.
