Atomic energy engineering has purchased 74,84% of OJSC Venta’s stock
OJSC Atomic energy engineering has declared about purchase of 74,84% of OJSC Nizhneturinskii engineering plant Venta. Earlier OJSC Atomic energy engineering has not been the plant's shareholder.
We remind that OJSC Nizhneturinskii engineering plant Venta has recommended stockholders meeting planned on 6 November 2009 in Nizhny Tura to earlier stop authorities of CEO. At the moment the company is managed by Vladimir Lobovikov.
OJSC Nizhneturinskii engineering plant Venta specialized in production of industrial ventilating and heating equipment and also equipment for nuclear power plants.
